Mike Sheffield founded the company in April of 1997 with a partner and a desire to provide great food to people across Alabama and the South. In 2007 Mike became sole owner and became the leader of a strong team that managed the luxury skyboxes for three of the finest Universities in the SEC. Previous to the starting of the company Mike worked as Food and Beverage Director of the Mt. Brook Inn, a Birmingham hotel. He was also a member of the culinary team at Shoal Creek Country Club during the early 90’s and an integral part of the PGA Championship held there in August of 1990. Mike received his culinary degree from a National Culinary apprenticeship in Atlanta, and a Business degree from UAB. Our focus now is our private and public clients and providing them with the best food and service available in the area. Mike is married and has two adult children.
